If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements

Product must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Item should be clean and free from excessive damage or abuse.

Normal use and testing are expected.

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Custom & Personalized Products

Custom-designed or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
