Shipping Policy

Every tool we sell is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf — your kit is printed, checked and packed after you order it. That is why our production window exists, and why we would rather tell you up front than surprise you later.

Production time

• 3–5 business days to produce your order before it ships.
• Larger orders (multiple kits, or a full Master Set plus expansion set) can take one extra business day. We will email you if that happens.

Shipping

• We ship within the United States.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.
• Every order ships with tracking. You receive the tracking number by email the moment the label is created.

When your order is in transit

• Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first scan after we hand the package off.
• If tracking has not moved in more than 5 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier for you.

Damaged or missing in transit

If your order arrives damaged, send us photos of the packaging and the part within 48 hours of delivery. We replace shipping damage, no argument.
